I had a long day at work. Stopped by the grocery store on my bike ride home and cooked for the boys (my wife and daughter took off to the cottage). After that I wanted to just lay down and close my eyes. But the sun was still up and the air still full of summer, so I tied my running shoes and went out. I don’t regret it. 🏃🏼‍♂️
